3. Use of Transcripts and AI Tools
Launcher™ sessions conducted over Zoom may include automatically generated transcripts to assist in note-taking and preparation of your written Strategy Brief or follow-up recommendations.
These transcripts are used solely for internal purposes and are not shared with any third party beyond our secure service providers.
We may also use AI-assisted tools (for example, language models or summarization software) to:
- Organize meeting notes and ideas
- Generate summaries or structured outlines
- Improve clarity or consistency in written deliverables
All AI processing is performed under strict confidentiality. No training data is contributed back to third-party AI systems, and any AI output is reviewed by a human consultant before inclusion in client work.

- OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable AI services – limited text analysis and summarization (non-training use only)
